  Best chicken i have ever had it has great flavor. Same with the sides even their cookies are good! I must admit this is the best semi-fast food restaurant i have ever been to!

  Never have what you want, always "just ran out". They also refuse to accept any coupons at all. Horribly run franchise.

  Horrible horrible customer service went into drive Thur at 825 ordered 2 popcorn chickens mashed pot and potato wedges was told 6 min wait waited almost 13 min wait for shift supervisor Sam to tell me there was a 10min wait on potato wedges!!! At that point asked for a refund in which she didn't know how to do after 20 min hands me a receipt and says that's my refund in which it wasn't go into store and she prints me a duplicate of same receipt that I purchased food with so an hour wasted and no food that I paid 16.54 for!! Stay away meanwhile an employee is out front making out with BF

  Out of chicken tenders at 9:30 pm at night or employees just do not want to make more ?   Either way wont be back!

  Don't expect the order taker to try to save you money at this location!
  
  I ordered a bowl and small drink. Normally, a restaurant worker would say "Allow me to save you some money by making this a combo. You'll save two dollars AND get a medium drink instead of a small AND a cookie". This is the type of service that would bring me back to this restaurant!
  
  When I brought this to the employees attention, he made no attempt to make it right. He could have at least given me a cookie, which would have dramatically changed the tone of this review.
